Diana’s documentary website, Call of the Forest, has many resources on native trees and their planting. You can find which trees are native to your zone by using the drop down menu option to reveal information about the native trees, including their names, health and planet benefits, and links to additional information. Then view the how-to videos from Diana on tree planting basics, including how to: choose a tree, plant a tree, collect seeds, care for your tree, and primer on why trees are important.

‘Call Of The Forest – The Forgotten Wisdom Of Trees’ is a documentary featuring scientist and acclaimed author Diana Beresford-Kroeger. The film follows Diana as she investigates our profound biological and spiritual connection to forests. Her global journey explores the science, folklore, and restoration challenges of this essential eco-system.

Diana has enormous gratitude for all who reach out to her about how her work has impacted them, but is unfortunately unable to directly reply to all the queries she receives.

Though Diana is unfortunately at her bandwidth with current projects, she recommends consulting your local environmental organizations and leaders for future guidance. She does plan to augment this site with more information and resources. Stay tuned.

Although Diana doesn’t recommend any specific nurseries in particular, she urges interested parties to consult the nurseries in their local communities for guidance.
